Real Estate Appraisers
Enns, MacEachern, Pace, Maloney & Associates Inc. is a full-service real estate appraisal firm providing valuation and consulting services.
Established in 1984, the company has now grown to be owned by four partners and has four associates. The owners of EMPM all hold a designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. They are not in the business of listing and selling real estate, that would compromise their objective evaluation of a property's market value; therefore, they are truly independent.
The appraisers have a combination of over 100 years of real estate experience spanning the provinces of Alberta, Ontario and Prince Edward Island.
